  • Viva Italia! at the Toronto Botanical Garden, Thursday, Aug. 26.
    Sonia's taking part in a grand "cook-out" of delicious stuff from the TBG's vegetable garden. She'll make recommendations on what to grow and sign her books. More at: www.torontobotanicalgarden.ca
  • Stratford Garlic Festival, Stratford, Ontario. Saturday, Sept. 18, 10 am to 5 pm. Fun event which now draws thousands, local farmers, great garlic to plant and taste. Sonia speaks during the lunch hour on "Growing garlic in small gardens" and will have a booth selling her books.
